Everything about our stay was amazing! we arrived around 11p.m and the guy at the front desk was still great and very welcoming. Rooms were very clean, pool was nice, I loved that the doors were locked and you could only enter with your key card. I love that the soap and shampoo were in bottles on the walls. It was nice and quiet and employees made sure we had everything we needed. A super cute feature was my name being on the tv when i walked in the room

We arrived after a long drive from ny, the hotel is off the main road very easy to get to. Check in was super easy and the check in lady was very sweet to my over tired children. The room smelled so fresh and clean and was better than expected! It fit our triplets and twins perfectly. Everyone had a wonderful breakfast in the lobby with fresh waffles and a nice selection of other breakfast items. Anytime we head down this way this will be a stop of ours!

The room was such a treat with a kitchen, two beds and a pullout bed from the couch perfect for our family. We all enjoyed the pool, I think it’s 50/50 salt and  chlorine? Regardless didn’t burn the eyes and ruin our hair. My husband was even impressed with the gym. A nice spread for breakfast in the morning and doesn’t close until 10am, so don’t have to rush. My family would stay again.

First and foremost ! Your GM was top notch. Never seen him, but one conversation with him made everything so worth it. Hands down a great guy to deal with. The hotel is beautiful and super clean, I didn't get the girls name at the front desk but she was so sweet, I think the guys name was kahari ? He was amazing. Everything and everyone was perfect. I will be back!

I was very impressed with the customer service. I arrived close to dinner time, and my representative was prompt and courteous. The property location was in the perfect location, not too close nor too far. There was a Bojangles in the parking lot in front of us, as well as a gas station. I will make this my go-to hotel when traveling to VA.
